Video learning

Video learning is a strong tool to enhance your windsurfing skills. It's an easy and durable way to coach yourself whenever and wherever you choose to train. You can choose from a large number of camera types from small helmet cams to larger HD camcorders. I bought the Canon HF11 HD  and the HD Hero Go Pro for movie making - I also use the Olympus E410 for still images. Normally I use the HD Hero on a helmet or as a mast mount cam, which is easy to use a delivers great first person video footage. I edit the video on my Mac with Final Cut Express, where I can see all my footage in ultra slow motion and compare the maneuvers with footage from other sailors on e.g. Continentseven.com.
